Kick- off Meeting in Naples

The QualiTEAM project officially kicked off in Naples, bringing together partners from across Europe to initiate a shared vision for improving long-term mobility in vocational education and training (VET). Over two days of discussions and workshops, partners aligned on project objectives, defined management structures, and laid the groundwork for effective collaboration.

QualiTEAM aims to develop a common European methodology to support long-term apprenticeship mobility between France, Italy, Greece, and Romania.

The project focuses on addressing key barriers such as the recognition of learning outcomes, learner support systems, and organisation and logistical challenges. By tackling these issues, QualiTEAM seeks to make mobility schemes more accessible, structured, and impactful.

The meeting marked an important milestone, enabling partners to establish clear roles, timelines, and next steps for implementation.

Running until 2027, QualiTEAM aims to deliver sustainable results with long-term impact on European VET systems and mobility practices.
