Quality support for long-Term European Apprenticeships Methodologies

The QualiTEAM Project- “Quality support for long-Term European Apprenticeships Methodologies” Project is a two-year project co-funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ Programme, European policy experimentation (Project number: 101196074, Call reference: ERASMUS-EDU-2024-POL-EXP).

WhyQualiTEAM?

Cross-border apprentice mobility faces many barriers—legal, administrative, linguistic, and social. Current practices are fragmented and based on national priorities. QualiTEAM aims to shift the perspective, creating a European-first methodology that streamlines and supports CBLTMA implementation across sectors and countries.

Our Vision

A future where long-term apprenticeships across Europe are standard, accessible, and beneficial for all, empowering young people with valuable international experience while strengthening Europe’s green and digital economies. We promote equity, cooperation, and lifelong learning across borders.

Our Approach

We focus on building shared tools, guidelines, and digital platforms that respond to both "hard" (funding, recognition, logistics) and "soft" (motivation, language, confidence) challenges. Through 36 pilot mobilities in the commerce and agrifood sectors, we test and refine practical solutions, supported by local networks and European collaboration.

Objectives

SO1: Develop a transferable European methodology for implementing quality apprenticeships.
SO1: Establish harmonised skills recognition via Europass and micro-credentials.
SO3: Build a digital platform to connect apprentices, employers, and VET providers.
SO4: Enhance the apprentice experience with tutor support and structured feedback.
SO5: Create a digital knowledge base to inform policy and promote wider adoption.
