Driving the Project Forward

QualiTEAM partners gathered in Athens for a key Transnational Project Meeting focused on coordination, implementation progress, and the transition into the projectโ€™s final phase. The meeting provided a valuable opportunity to review achievements, address challenges, and align on next steps.

Coordination & Implementation Updates

๐Ÿค Partners reviewed important project coordination updates, ensuring alignment on deliverables and responsibilities moving forward.

๐ŸŒ A central focus was the implementation of mobilities, with detailed discussions on ongoing placements, participant selection, and operational challenges. Partners worked collaboratively to find solutions, ensure continuity, and maintain the quality of mobility experiences across all countries.

๐Ÿ“Š Significant attention was given to the monitoring framework, including reporting tools, participant surveys, and follow-up mechanisms. These discussions reinforced a shared approach to tracking progress, supporting learners, and capturing impact.

Strengthening Mobility Support

๐Ÿง  The meeting also highlighted the tutoring and support structure for apprentices, including regular monitoring reports, feedback tools, and preparatory activities. Partners aligned on best practices to ensure consistent guidance and support throughout each mobility experience.

Launch of the Final Phase: Work Package 4

๐Ÿš€ A major milestone of the meeting was the launch of Work Package 4, focusing on the recognition and certification of skills acquired during mobilities, as well as the scalability of the QualiTEAM CBLTMA model.

Discussions explored the use of Europass Mobility and micro-credentials (micro-badges) to validate both soft and technical skills, ensuring that apprenticesโ€™ learning outcomes are formally recognised and transferable across Europe.

Looking Ahead

The Athens TPM marked a crucial step toward the final phase of the project. With clear priorities, strengthened coordination, and a shared commitment to impact, partners move forward focused on delivering sustainable results and enhancing apprenticeship mobility at the European level.
