Strengthening European Collaboration
Partners of the QualiTEAM project gathered in Aix-en-Provence for a highly productive Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) combined with thematic workshops. The meeting provided an important opportunity to advance collaboration and align efforts across all partner countries.
A special thank you to our host organisation, GIP-FCIP, for their excellent coordination, warm hospitality, and seamless organisation throughout the event.
Key Discussions and Progress
🤝 Over the three days, partners engaged in in-depth discussions on the project’s policy experimentation framework and shared insights into national apprenticeship systems. A major milestone was the collaborative development of a common Learning Agreement, designed to be applicable across all participating countries.
🌍 The consortium also addressed key challenges related to apprenticeship mobility, including organisational, educational, and support aspects. These exchanges strengthened mutual understanding and ensured a more coherent European approach.
Significant progress was made towards the selection of learners, who will soon participate in mobility placements of 2, 4, or 6 months in Greece, Romania, France, and Italy.
Workshop on Recognition of Competences
🧠 The meeting included dedicated workshops focused on the development of psychosocial skills for apprentices and trainees. Through expert-led sessions, partners explored how to effectively integrate these skills into mobility experiences, enhancing both personal and professional development outcomes.
Looking Ahead
The Aix-en-Provence meeting marked a key step forward in implementing the QualiTEAM project. Partners leave with strengthened alignment, concrete outputs, and a shared commitment to improving apprenticeship mobility across Europe.
